Sarah is an engineering and operations leader with 10+ years of experience leading hardware and operations programs across climate tech, earth observation and aerospace. She currently oversees the strategy and execution for scaling atmospheric observation systems across commercial ships, building the engineering, deployment, and operations infrastructure required for a durable atmospheric observations network.

Sarah's background includes mechanical design, system integration, field deployment, techno-economic analysis, vendor management and engineering process development. She brings a systems view to scale, designing hardware that works while also building the operations and decision frameworks that allow it to grow.
