SilverLining will participate in the 38th Meeting of the Parties to the Montreal Protocol (MOP38) in Kigali, Rwanda, November 2–6. Marking ten years since the adoption of the Kigali Amendment, MOP38 will bring together governments, scientists, and other stakeholders to advance global action to protect the ozone layer and climate. SilverLining will engage with partners and experts on emerging atmospheric science, observations, and the capabilities needed to understand and address growing risks to the stratosphere.
